What do you like most?
SiteMinder-CM is user-friendly and easy to pick up, even for first-time users. It’s also very accurate, so I can rely on it without having to double-check everything. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If SiteMinder could sync all property content with OTAs, not just rates and availability, it would save clients a lot of time and put it ahead of other platforms.
