- Synchronization is excellent. - Stability and reliability factor. The SiteMinder infrastructure is quite solid, with a very high availability rate. - Relatively simple interface and relatively easy to learn and adapt.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- The ability to filter, cross data, and create more customized reports is still somewhat limited. - Native and direct integration with instant messaging tools (such as WhatsApp Business) would be very interesting.
