What do you like most?
The customer service team is great, but I have to say, Adam goes above and beyond. Every time that I have ever called, he has always had the most pleasant attitude. He is so appreciated because I know Adam truly cares about his customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not to many complaints here. There a just a few things I would change in programming.One being that roomkey is not visually very friendly. There needs to be maybe some more colors integrated into the program to make it easier to see, too much white.
