What do you like most?
We do like the many settings when to use the campaign as well as the variety of filters of the guests and their reservations. So we can send very individual campaigns to each segment, arrival time, channel source etc. As well, the interface to our PMS apalo runs very smoothly so that we have all the necessary data in BookBoost. We also have to mention the direct and fast support. We have a good connection to each other and appreciate the cooperation very much. BookBoost is also constantly developing and does not stand still. Please carry on as before!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is always room for improvement, as all hotels work differently and have different needs. Above all, we would like to see simpler and more meaningful reporting. Direct interfaces to the OTAs would also be very desirable, but we know that the other side very often stands in the way.
