What do you like most?
What I like the most is the prompt , friendly , efficient customer support. They back-up a functional and efficient all-in-one property management system, saving me time so I can focus on making reservations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
GuestPoint has everything we need already including reporting, checkins and support. The only change i'd make is quicker availability of updates through internet bookings.
