What do you like most?
Not much, there is a constant disconnect between the system and the updates that leave us in a bind with upset guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When updating and upgrading, send the properties utilizing your system the option to use and implement any changes. Often the upgrades/updates remove a feature or a step, like security protocols that we have relied on that are gone or in place with no explanation or option to revert to the old way. Most importantly, customer service chat or live is not available 24/7 which is imperative in this business.
