What do you like most?
The simplicity and operation is simply ingeniously designed. You can also see that new improvements and adjustments are constantly being made. Brilliant! Every single one of the campaigns is saved and you don't have to redesign everything every time, as is the case with many other systems. Guest group selections are also very simple. We are completely satisfied.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is definitely room for improvement when working with Fidelio, especially at so-called parties so that all party members are informed during the pre- and post-stay.
