What do you like most?
great support, functionality, clear and intuitive, interface, assistance, everything DSGV-compliant, working on several PCs at the same time
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Graphic of the booking route, flat rates with yield prices, flat rates as a separate color code, archive for old newsletter templates, filtering out of guest data, reporting system/digital guest card - simpler steps, linked reminder system, automated invoicing, twisting of the booking text on the lists; specify the exact day in the booking process & on the booking confirmation by when cancellations can be made, possibility for upselling (bottle of sparkling wine in the room, room upgrade to a junior suite, booking more nights, dog, cot, etc.) - with notification option; Notification if a package is booked; Discount code in the booking route (with a 5-discount and a fixed price (with the keyword: "Firmentarifxy": always book for 99.00 euros); for guest correspondence: adjustable so that if the guest has already received an xy-mail from us, he does not receive an arrival email; or arrival email different if it was already sent 10 days before arrival, not again 1 day before, web view (is expensive),
