What do you like most?
-Very user friendly and easy to use for no tech savvy team member -Offer built in Channel Manager inside its Booking Engine -Various system upgrade with new and up to market function
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Account Manager or Director should be more supportive and productive with clients to build stronger and better business relationship and help to bring business to the hotel, offer more regular and more frequent market update at all level -Be much more flexible with pricing subscription fee especially with loyalty customer over 10 years or above -Consider offer free entry level compact solution as built in Revenue Management System inside its Booking Engine -Deliver better server performance, information and photo updates in the system does not get updated and displays immediately, often takes more than 30 minutes -Ease of access to more open and insightful information on Digital Marketing Solutions, currently only offer booking report but not how the fund is spent in what solutions
