What do you like most?
Really helpful customer support. Software is very easy to use but sometimes you need help and they are very responsive. I like that the platform is always evolving with very good features being introduced regularly (like custom reporting). The online help is very deep and the bi-weekly training sessions are very useful to take advantage of all the features.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Access to API is restricted unfortunately. Not much else to improve to be honest. Really good software. Troubleshooting connectivity issues with OTA is not so easy.
