What do you like most?
I met Franco Grasso's team several years ago in a training course and we immediately developed the right harmony to obtain excellent results during the collaboration. In my specific case, great harmony was created with the Revenue Manager responsible for my structure. The Revolution Plus program is an added value, because it simplifies the work of the Revenue Manager, it is intuitive and fast, an excellent program for developing the statistical study necessary to establish dynamic sales prices. Its use has significantly improved the hotel's performance with great satisfaction of both customers and the property owner. Unlike other software companies, I liked that the team is always available in case of doubts or needs, even on weekends or holidays, and since we work in the world of hospitality we are always available, even on weekends and holidays. I absolutely recommend fellow hoteliers to collaborate with the team and use the Revolution Plus software, which allows you to optimize your work by obtaining truly unexpected results!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After the initial consultancy period, I began using the Revolution Plus software independently for several years and once I understood how it works and its potential, I can no longer do without it. Honestly, I really don't know how to improve a service that I already consider excellent.
