What do you like most?
I am new to the industry so this whole booking system is new. However Preno makes my life so much easier. Everything I need I can easily find.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think when we cancel a reservation, I would like an easy option to find it again if the traveller has decided to take back the booking.
