What do you like most?
The support is exceptional, the team will go above and beyond to help in any way they can when I'm trying to upload a new rate into the Booking engine. Response times are very speedy and issues resolved promptly with great explanations of how to use in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't really understand the ticket system and can sometimes have a lot in my inbox which can be frustrating.
