What do you like most?
It makes generally the schedule of housekeeping easier because the tasks are created automatically. It saves lot of time and work. But you can't trust the software 100%. Controlling of all created tasks is necessary every day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our housekeeping was always confused with the amount of the guests. In the task with end cleaning was always shown how many people already have been inside. That's totally confusing and absolutely needless. We don't care about how many people have been in a room when they checked out. It's enough to see only the room and the to-do cleaning, Sometimes we missed tasks for preparation. And sometimes the cleaning type was not correct. We could never used the report because the weekly cleaning was always mentioned under daily cleaning, all tasks for weekly cleaning must be changed manually to weekly cleaning. We used another way for report.
