It is easiest way for the guests to reach the hotel staff for any inquiry. Easy and precise way for the inter-departmental communications. Lost&found tool is working just great
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Adding "delete" option for logbook, tasks would be great in order to delete and reenter the wrong entered information for having a clean sheet.
