HKeeper is a universal platform that fully automates the assignment for cleaning tasks to housekeepers during the entire booking period. The software is used by Housekeeping managers and supervisors to manage and prioritize tasks with notes and checklists that act as self-inspection proof that no steps in a process were skipped or forgotten. As an extra option - HKeeper Housekeeping allows attaching pictures and remarks (notes) to checklists. A PMS integration with HKeeper is very important for hotels that want to have the ability to see room statuses (clean/dirty), monitor and manage task workflow transparently 24/7 in real-time with individual performance metrics. For recurring projects (e.i., deep cleaning) HKeeper has a Planner module where you can create tasks scheduled daily, weekly or monthly.

We share your desire to receive feedback on the services provided, but there is no technology that can prevent the user from exiting the application without leaving a review. Let's say that when guests book a hotel room, they can leave the page at any time, the same goes for the HKeeper's Concierge module.

It is very convenient to transfer information to different departments without phone calls. Guests can make orders. Ask about services. They can also view what services the hotel offers.

Please let me explain the situation with the Add task feature. Via HKeeper's Housekeeping page you can assign one a day main cleaning for a room and we keep it fixed, so you know until the end of the day that you provided cleaning to the guest. If in your hotel you provide additional, let's say, Turndown Service/Evening Service, there are no limits to add tasks and we especially separate them via the To Do section as they perform at the different time and sometimes by different personnel. Also, we have various reports for different tasks performances, which is one of the reasons for having different types of tasks. FYI, at the same time as assigning a cleaning task, you can also add additional notes to the task, explaining what additional work should be done within the same task by one person.

It facilitates communication between departments. EspeciallyLost & Found part helps us a lot. However, it is now possible to communicate directly from the computer instead of calling by phone.

About your issue with notification we recommend reaching our support team asap and if it’s happening on a one particular gadget then usually it relates to the gadgets settings and easy to fix it - our support team is always happy to help you! According to questions about integration with OPERA, we’ll be happy to do this but the initiative should come from the hotel side. Since OPERA charges hotels for the integration process you should discuss it with your Head office.

It is easiest way for the guests to reach the hotel staff for any inquiry. Easy and precise way for the inter-departmental communications. Lost&found tool is working just great

During HKeeper development, we had a focus group of hoteliers to make the best effective tool for the hospitality industry. According to the results of a survey about the need to add a button to delete messages from the Logbook, the majority voted not to include this option, because it may have unpredictable consequences. Besides, since HKeeper is primarily a business tool we follow the same logic as when we send business emails, where you also have no ability to delete the message after it has been sent. However, you can always edit the message in the system.
