What do you like most?
It used to be one of the best PMS systems - until it was sold to Planet.... Since then, it's honestly been a daily grind.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No further development, very poor support. As a customer you are completely lost here. No response to open tickets, processing times of several weeks. System extensions take 6 months or more to be installed. We have 16 hotels with Protel and will now switch.
