Having worked with other sales/events systems Delphi definitely has it's benefits but also it's downsides. The ease in running different reports or queries (especially customized ones) isn't up to the standards that I am used to. It was nice that the training was able to be completed in one day however I've had to learn a lot on my own - perhaps the training could be more in depth.

What do you like most?
It is very user friendly and easy to figure out on your own. Fairly easy to navigate and straight forward in that sense. Also easy to toggle to different screens such as account to contact to booking etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think overall it could use a more updated look and feel. I think the training could go into more depth or at least offer additional training should you wish to take more. A previous program that I've used allowed for queries within results from other queries which was very helpful. Also the reporting could be more in depth or could offer for more personalized options.
