Communicate with co-workers without guests hearing (review updated 12/21/18) Original review 5/10/18: What an amazing communication tool. I had only used an IHG brand app which was really difficult to use, we switched to HelloShift 2 years ago - such an improvement.

What do you like most?
I love that this chat is real time. It is wonderful to be able to communicate with co-workers without the guest hearing what you are communicating. Like CODE Brown ; ) (review updated 12/21/18) Original review 5/10/18: It easy to use. It is always dependable.The price is also affordable.I would recommend it to any business that communication is key to success.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. We have tried other sites and have not liked them as much. Glad we tried Hello Shift first to set the bar. (review updated 12/21/18) Original review 5/10/18: Once and a while there is a time delay in the message. It could be our internet though. Maybe an auto "message read" sign so you know your message was read without a reply. HelloShift always works and you can even view reviews left by guests to improve scores as a team.
