What do you like most?
Ease of use. I have used other software programs in the past at other hotels that are no longer used in the industry because of how difficult they were to learn/update/adjust to an individual property's needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have to enter the same information in many different places. Sometimes that gets time consuming when I am busy and is just a very unnecessary task.
