Prompt and supportive staff any given time. Quick to fix any concerns or issues. Always looking for ideas to improve their product and make it more user friendly. Receives criticism well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Archiving is tedious at times. Past notes and tasks can be difficult to find. I would love to see a date and time stamp on any given note or task.
