What do you like most?
I like the automatic replies when guests say thank you, and I love that there are curated responses based on the hotel and you have the option to edit before sending.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Probably less automation, I mean I like the automatic you’re welcome but sometimes it tells the guest we can’t give them a late check out.
