What do you like most?
Cloudbeds has a good range of features for hotel operations. The PMS Calendar is clear and easy to use, while split bookings are convenient. The reports also provide plenty of useful information for different departments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that needs improvement is the mobile application. The app does not always meet our needs, especially with notifications. Push alerts would make it easier to stay updated without checking email repeatedly.
