What do you like most?
I like that the front desk team can use it without making things too complicated. Check-in and check-out are easy, payment collection is simple, and we can keep customer information in CRM. For me, it has many things like bigger hotel programs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the application is not stable, so we need to try again or wait a little bit. It would be good if this part can improve. Apart from this, I am quite happy with the system for daily operation.
