What do you like most?
- Communication Hub, very straightforward and easy for both guests and staff. - Possibility to adapt messages according to work period, as well as to select guests by rate/vip code. - Upsell tool seems performing. New for us. - Online C/in is practical.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Your costumer service. It takes too long to get replies / assistance. Nir was very kind and knowledgeable, but sometimes he had to escalate inquiries and these were unresolved.
