Increase direct bookings versus OTAs, greater online visibility and, as a result, the opportunity to access new markets and increase prices.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think transparency could be improved when it comes to seeing the source of the bookings being generated. On the other hand, I think the commission is a little high.
