What do you like most?
It works! While Expedia and Booking are selling other hotels against us, Sojern really makes it looks like it is just us. They appear almost anywhere when you searching for something. I like that. Keeps our name out there. Their system to track reservations made and charge us is great. Reconciling is easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Probably my own motivation to work with them closer. They keep offering but I fail to follow up. On my things to do better this year.
