What do you like most?
It's hard to choose just one thing. I love how easy it is to manage my rates and availability with just a few keystrokes. But for me the number 1 thing that stands out is their support. Not just weekdays. Not just business hours. But 24 hours a day every day of the week. Fast responses. North American based, English-speaking support staff, so no issues with communication or time-zones. Helpful solutions to my unique issues. Immediate response to system-wide problems (which are very rare) Almost no down-time. They LISTEN to their customers and truly care about making the program work for them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They are always developing new features and don't always announce minor upgrades. It would be nice to have regular notices posted on the actual system itself to alert me of these, or even a monthly newsletter that maybe features one section and gives examples of how to use it to your advantage.
