What do you like most?
Mews is obviously not perfect (what system is?), but as a multi brand hotel operator we see the differences between PMS'es across our portfolio. The efficiency and precision in Mews is unmatched from other PMS systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There's several improvements to be done in finance back office reporting, invoice payment reconciliation, external payment automations and adding product packages to orders.
