What do you like most?
It's an all in one platform. You only enter days once and it goes to all of the OTAS. The calendar shows the source of reservations. The app is easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After 3 months, I left Eviivo for ResNexus. Their all in one was problematic. Certain sites didn't read the data properly causing guests to think we had amenities that we didn't. Their customer service sucks. Put in an issue on the portal and wait days. They change their pricing and automatically take the new amount from your account irregardless of your contact. The website templates look awful and the SEO doesn't update when you change it. The list of issues goes on. You get what you pay for.
