What do you like most?
I love how I can send messages to guest instead of having to call their rooms. It allows them to respond at their convenience and not disturb them at night.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly I wish it would allow us to do video calls in case we need to walk a guest through something in their room without having to leave the desk as at night we can't really leave the desk and guest don't always have the best instruction following ability.
