What do you like most?
We appreciate the ease of use and interface, the reports are highly customizable, which is great. It's easy to create appointments, tasks, events etc. Sales team is using it daily as their main tool (previously they were on Excel...)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It will be great to have a place to insert production revenue. Also the lack of banquet informations. And some bugs.
