We have been working with Thynk for some time now. A highly skilled and responsive team on each engagement. Thynk is one of those companies who get hospitality. Integrating with Salesforce is not easy.
Thynk.Cloud is the ultimate, modern and intuitive event and group sales management software. Built on the Salesforce platform, it brings all the benefits and value hotels and resorts need to move away from spreadsheets and outdated systems and truly have a full 360 view of the business. It is sophisticated and elegant, yet simple to use and flexible. Sales teams can spend less time manually searching for and compiling data and spending more time with customers and booking more events.
Thynk.Cloud delivers a first class customer experience by delivering an ease of use platform that connects to several other applications within the organization. Through Salesforce integration and partnership, Thynk has an incredible opportunity in NA to capture significant market share within hospitality.
The event management and group sales process at a hotel can be complicated, clunky and require involvement from a wide variety of teams across the facility. Thynk simplifies the approach on a modern platform and in a way that's easy and approachable for sales teams regardless of size or complexity. Their willingness to adapt to changing situations. The customer service offered is better than expected, always quick to respond and resolve issues. Looking forward to working with the Thynk organisation and making the complex simple.
Because Thynk.Cloud is built on the Salesforce platform, it brings all the enterprise-class platform security and reliability of Salesforce with ease of integration, clean and modern UI, and extraordinary dashboards and reporting capabilities. The ability to easily integrate and report on data from 3rd party hotel systems is a big value hoteliers gain by partnering with Thynk.

If you are going to work with a Group Sales / Event Management solution then pick a vendor that knows the industry, has a skilled team and a great product that can deliver your expectations. Deploy with a vendor that can meet your expectations.

Based on the challenges that group sales teams face within the hospitality industry, Thynk is a logical solution because of it's ability to provide visibility into hotel operations, open bookings and more.
