Not only is Thynk event/sales management software, it's also a CRM. We had challenges with our last software with the lack of CRM, email integration, hotel room block integration, and the inability to track changes within a booking. There was a constant fear of double booking as there was no inventory capability on conference rooms. Thynk is the only product on the market that addressed all of these needs with an updated, user friendly experience. Email reminder automation on deposit due payments, task reminders, call log, email log, and easy to read function diary/calendar has saved my sales team a significant amount of time and energy- allowing them to focus on what they are really here for: to sell and grow revenue. I can run reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to hold my team accountable and to correlate bookings to market trends- and see if the time they are investing in certain segments is well spent. The onboarding process was certainly new to me- I have never implemented a new software program- but the team at Thynk was incredibly responsive, supportive, and helped guide me in the right direction with making decisions that would impact revenue tracking, accounting, market segments, etc. Now that we have been live with Thynk for a few months, we are only beginning to see how far this software will take us- not only in time savings, but also in revenue generation and lead tracking. Email reminder automation on deposit due payments, task reminders, call log, email log, and easy to read function diary/calendar has saved my sales team a significant amount of time and energy- allowing them to focus on what they are really here for: to sell and grow revenue. I can run reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to hold my team accountable and to correlate bookings to market trends- and see if the time they are investing in certain segments is well spent. The onboarding process was certainly new to me- I have never implemented a new software program- but the team at Thynk was incredibly responsive, supportive, and helped guide me in the right direction with making decisions that would impact revenue tracking, accounting, market segments, etc. Now that we have been live with Thynk for a few months, we are only beginning to see how far this software will take us- not only in time savings, but also in revenue generation and lead tracking.
