Improvements/developments are released very often. The Thynk it through session (topic based feedback and improvement talks) with their customers are very professional. The Thynk university helps a lot to understand the solution and to train the users in specific topics. As the solution is based on Salesforce we can benefit also from all Salesforce releases. The usage of the solution is very intuitive. The reporting solutions and analytic Dashboard are outstanding!

More business analysis needed, more proactive advice would be good for customers without a huge salesforce background. The speed of answering tickets could be faster. During the implementation phase and for trouble shooting more staff is needed.

I think that communications should be backed up automatically, once the first backup has been run. In addition, it should be possible for data concerning accounts and/or contacts to be taken directly by CRM from the emails received, or for the adaptation of our ‘Partner contacts Factsheet’ to be done automatically in CRM.

There are some basic tweaks that would help as we use the tool for creating event orders and availability of spaces/bedrooms.
• Multi edit pax on multiple event lines at once.
• Function Diary When you bring the diary up can it automatically go to today’s date.
• Activities to be deleted automatically if booking is turned to lost.
