Very much handy, fast and efficient customer care. Clear details and images make easy for customer gain proper information and guidance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To have additional page or slide with hotels bank account detail to pop up immediately once booking made. There are very frequent calls from customer who did not get account detail for payment transfer once booking made.
