It's easy to understand, quick to learn and has a lot of very practical tools that helps with analytics, reports, guest experience and reservation daily flow.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having an agent dedicated to the property. It is quite time consuming getting in touch with support and finding the right help. It would be easier to have an agent who knows the property and can help immediately when needed.
