What do you like most?
RoomPriceGenie has brought tangible added value to our hotel. Before its implementation, I manually adjusted prices daily, which was very time-consuming and didn't allow for the same responsiveness. Since using RoomPriceGenie, we've achieved higher average prices and better occupancy rates. A particularly positive aspect is that the software largely automates price management, allowing me to focus more on the day-to-day operations of the hotel. As the data grows, the pricing logic becomes increasingly precise, enabling the system to continuously learn and make better decisions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I see potential for improvement primarily in the synchronization with the PMS. Sometimes it takes a while for changes and data to be fully synchronized. A manual button to immediately initiate a synchronization would be helpful in such situations. Furthermore, more transparency and documentation regarding certain pricing and occupancy logics would be desirable for some PMS integrations. Overall, however, these are more minor improvements than fundamental criticisms.
