What do you like most?
This looks like it should be a super easy product to use and uses AI to answer and workflow a lot of messages, freeing up the team members time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honesty - These guys obviously only care about sales and wanting to sell. They clearly work on commission as then on the onboarding call we were going to be stung with nearly £4000 extra charges a month! Totally misleading and very dishonest
