What do you like most?
When the technology works, it is somewhat helpful to guests. But it does not always work and CS is difficult to work with. Initial costs, and annual support fees are very expensive. If unit was not required by Hilton, we would not use it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Much lower intial cost and lower annual support fees would be a good start. It is Hilton required system, so we understand you can charge whatever you want.
