What do you like most?
Seamless integration with channel partners. Easy to use and simple interface. Like the way financial transactions are done with reports provided and easy remittance of the money.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Can be more flexible to respond to customer needs. Also, emails for guests triggered via Cloudbeds land in the spam/junk folders instead of their inbox. Also, no customer support available on phone to talk to for faster remediation or resolution.
