What do you like most?
Being able to see immediately which boards are offline from a website is super convenient. Just a couple clicks and I can see it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So many things during the initial setup went poorly. One player we were given had issues for so many months and the techs were at times very slow to respond. We doubt it was an issue with internet because it was only 1 of 3 players that had the issues, and they all shared the same wifi. At one point the issue player was set back 5 minutes and it took weeks for the techs to show me the solution. The player itself also will SOMETIMES properly connect to the internet when you add a network. I tested with one network and just attempting to connect over and over. With other devices, they connect fine, the player connected only after multiple attempts. The hotel finally has the players working as they should be after around a year of getting them.
