What do you like most?
The support that we have received has been fantastic. David was a wealth of knowledge during our implementation and has been a great continued resource. The system is easy to work within and our staff is finding it easy to navigate. David was extremely patient with us while learning the program and especially with our "special ability" team members. He spent a lot of time just sitting at the front desk making sure they felt comfortable doing everything they needed to do from check ins to check outs and night audit.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that I think could be improved would be on the sales side especially with LNR clients. Not being able to send them a link I personally feel is a miss. Being able to get a link to pay is great, but I also wish I could send a link just to get a credit card on file. Also once and "Account" is paid it disappears and its hard to find in the invoices section. I feel like being able to access historical data like that should be more accessible.
