What do you like most?
Most of the PMS are similar and all of them have their pros and cons. One of the biggest criteria for us is that the system is up and running at all time. Not only is it easy to work with but the support service is simply outstanding! Every time you run into a problem or you forgot how to do things that are not done on regular basis you can reach out to the support service and they will reply and solve the issue within minutes. Always solution driven, day or night, and as most issues arise when the guests are in the house our of normal business hours, you can count on the Support Service from Clock PMS+
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are few issues that could be improved. to be able to issue an invoice at a given date in the past would be valuable. Today, you can only issue invoices at the date of today. During the upgrade of the system, small things like going back today, are missing on some features. Same is that if you log out, in the old edition you automatically got the sign in window while now you have to basically shut page down and open again. Minimal issues but annoying.
