The system is easy to use and provides great flexibility in daily operations. The support team is also outstanding, always providing excellent assistance whenever needed. Overall, a fantastic system that enhances operational efficiency and improves the staff experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be beneficial to integrate a house status discrepancy report with the PMS to help identify and resolve discrepancies more efficiently. Additionally, having a housekeeping inventory tracking feature to monitor items, their quantities, and locations would improve inventory management and provide better visibility across the housekeeping operation.
