It's a great and powerful product that complements the hotel's internal operations in certain departments, facilitating management and integration with protel PMS.
The platform excels at bringing all operational activities into a single system, enabling better team collaboration, faster response times, and improved efficiency. Its real-time updates and automation features help reduce manual work and ensure smoother day-to-day hotel operations.
Everything a hotel needs to manage the daily housekeeping, maintenance, quality and more in one unique solution. One of the best tools I have seen so far with great reporting and amazing customer service.

Unlike many competitors that focus on one area, Hub OS connects all hotel operations in one platform, with real-time data, strong integrations, and flexibility to adapt to each hotel—making it more complete and operationally focused.
Has a great user interface and is a reliable tool. Easy to use for all team members. Great sync speed between devices and integrations like PMS. Installation and support from HubOS team is of top quality.

It 's a very good management software that helps and facilitates the operation and allows to integrated with protel PMS. I recommend it, for sure!
Use Hub OS as an opportunity to review and standardize your operations. It works best when your team is aligned on processes and responsibilities, as the platform enhances efficiency but does not replace the need for clear internal structure and accountability.
Maybe not the cheapest option in the market but the investment is worth due to increase in efficiency, decisions based in data collected by the tool, and enables delivery of a great customer experience.
