What do you like most?
The reporting in MEWS is great and we also use it for all of our POS transactional data to flow through too so almost becomes our hub for financial data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the systems and menu design are pretty complicated when you first start out. We are only a small hotel so I suppose for bigger ones it may be really useful to have so many settings but it can be overwhelming.
