What do you like most?
My rental cottages are a destination in themselves. So guests need a vacancy calendar to find an opening. I know it is at the bottom of the booking engine but my guests call complaining they keep plugging in dates and can’t find a vacancy. It’s a good problem to have I guess. But really could you make the vacancy colander front and center?
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reports! I download 2 reports to excel and create my own. I don’t use an office / I need a compact one pager formatted somewhat like “Room assignment Chart” but w .# adults/# kids/#pets, direct vs Airbnb, etc , price per room. As well as name. Additional need to schedule housekeeping - a one page list of dates and arrivals departure. Guest forecast reconfigured in vba excel.
