What do you like most?
Pricepoint is incredibly easy to set & forget, or adjust quickly for individual nights or changing seasons. It has directly impacted revenue performance significantly year over year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are local events that drive Occupancy Rates & Demand not correlated to major holidays or weekend patterns. This requires manual manipulation of the system to capture the revenue opportunity (or can be missed opportunities). If the system had either an independent way to uncover those events by scrubbing local websites or at least gave the end user a template to complete quickly for any given month or season, this would avoid having to make manual adjustments to daily demand calendar.
