What do you like most?
Triptease handles our Metasearch and Paid search very well and the platform use is very easy. I can also get nice reports. Our Metasearch and Paid search results have doubled compared to the previous provider, so overall we are extremely happy with the product.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Provision handling is a manual task, it should be automated with our Mews PMS. We wouldn't mind a cheaper cost of the product as when it's direct reservations, the costs are still quite close to OTA's.
