What do you like most?
We appreciate the good customer service and the easy-to-use software. Not all reservation software is easy to apply to smaller, non-traditional properties but RezStream works for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to customize the Booking Engine function/look on our website, but that certainly is a challenge for all software we've ever worked with. Overall, we are very pleased with RezStream.
