I appreciate staff who communicate in Thai , polite, and professional , proving fast service and respond promptly to messages.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see more customer service representatives who can communicate in Thai. Sometime, when I encounter a problem during business hour, there is no available representation who speak Thai to assist me.
