What do you like most?
Working with DayPass on our hotel Day Package has been nothing short of a great experience. They’ve been there for us every step of the way, guiding us through each process with ease. What really stands out is their fast response time! Any changes we’ve needed? Consider them swiftly done. But it doesn’t stop there. DayPass has been very proactive in keeping us in the loop. Whether it’s changes on their end, insights in increasing sales, or notifying us of new reviews that our hotels have gotten, we’re always the first to know. This level of transparency has really fostered a sense of trust and reliability in our partnership.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A Global Analytics Dashboard would be wonderful to keep track of the sales and revenue made for all of our properties.
